Air Travel
AAWA exclusively books air travel as part of a pre-arranged supplier package.

AAWA is insured.
Receipt for Services
All receipts for paid services will be issued by the relevant supplier, except for the Professional Service Fee, which is invoiced by AAWA
Booking Inquiries | Quote Requests
To move forward with AAWA, a non-refundable Professional Service Fee is required, and it remains valid for 30 calendar days from the date AAWA sends your quote to the email address provided. If your booking is not secured with a deposit within that 30-calendar day timeframe, your query will be automatically closed, and a new Professional Service Fee will be needed to resume.

Professional Service Fee Includes
Services Included (if applicable): consultation and planning; reservations and bookings; changes, cancellations and refunds; vacation management; full guidance and support from start to the conclusion of your trip, and more.
Individual Booking Fee
The Professional Service Fee is $100 minimum per room (land based) or per cabin (cruises) for individual bookings. This fee may be higher depending on the complexity of the experience requested.
Group Booking Fee
The Professional Service Fee is $250 minimum – depending on the complexity of the experience requested – invoiced to the group leader. Additional Services Include (if applicable): merch design, securing pre-cruise group hotel, arranging group transit, arranging group tours, scheduling meetings/conferences, meet and greets, photo ops, dinners, and more.
